Probably at some point, you had to change your mobile phone or sign in on another device, and when accessing your Mobills account you were without your data. Don't you worry!

In 99% of the cases in which our users contact us reporting that they logged into their accounts and their data was "gone", they fit this scenario:
- Usually, they created a Mobills account with the email "x" and used that account for a long time. At some point, they needed to log out. When login in again, instead of login in the email "x", which they had already been using, they end up creating a new account with the email "y".
In other words, in most cases, users end up creating a new account instead of login into the one they already used. That's why they think the data is "gone. So, check the emails you have and try to log in using them.
