here are many reasons to request to cancel your subscription recurrence. Some users request because they simply don't want an automatic renewal at the end of the current Premium period, others because they want to change their Monthly Plan to Yearly or vice versa. However, what they all have in common is their desire to cancel the automatic renewal of the current plan. When you perform this action, your current Premium days won't be lost. The recurrence of your subscription is the only one affected in this process, that is, it will not be automatically renewed at the end of the period. Now that you understand what canceling the recurrence of your subscription is, come with me!
But calm down. Before moving on, it is necessary to keep in mind three very important things:
- Uninstalling the app does not cancel your subscription;
- By taking this action, you are not requesting a refund of the amount paid for your subscription;
- It is extremely important to follow the step by step correctly to be successful in the cancellation.
